Job Description

For a client company operating in the hotel sector, we are looking for a junior IT technician

  • Help desk, technical support installation/configuration on applications and hardware, fixed and mobile devices of company users (Windows 10/11, MacOS, Android, iOS)
  • Knowledge of local networks, Windows client and server environments.
  • Configuration and maintenance of PCs, corporate systems and software packages, printers and scanners.
  • Manage the local network / switching / Wi-Fi (Ubiquity, Cisco)
  • Support and maintenance on corporate videoconferencing systems, both hardware and software.
  • Support and maintenance on IPTV systems based on Chromecast and Hech Romeo;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools (including: Office 365, SharePoint, Teams).
  • ITIS diploma in electronics/IT/telecommunications
  • Fluent English
  • Driver's license
  • Analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving
