The objective of this facilitation is to encourage the purchase of advanced consultancy, training and certification services by SMEs for process and/or product innovation aimed at:A. Energy efficiency,B. Circular economy.
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at all Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (pursuant to European legislation) that have their registered office and/or local unit in the Marche region, registered in the Business Register and active, in compliance with tax and remuneration obligations.
What does it predict
The tender intends to encourage:A) Energy efficiency • Consultancy for energy audits, analysis of supplies, design of energy data collection and monitoring systems, energy improvement plans, implementation of energy management systems in compliance with ISO standards, feasibility studies for energy requalification, technical-economic feasibility study aimed at the creation of a CER, creation of technical documentation preparatory to the establishment/membership of/a CER, temporary acquisition of the external Energy Manager service• Training to obtain the qualification of Energy manager and/or EGE for internal resources, permanently employed within the company• Certification for third-party checks by accredited bodies for obtaining energy management system certifications (e.g. ISO 50001, etc )B) Circular energy• Consultancy and/or certification services for LCA, Carbon Footprint, EPD, Ecolabel, Environmental Labeling, UNI EN ISO 14021 Circularity Measurement, LEED, FSC, PEFC Credit Mapping.• Training for owners and permanent collaborators on the tools of circular economy Each company can submit only one application alternatively for type A or type B intervention. Financial allocation of the tender: €800,000.00% contribution. Type A interventions: 60%, up to a maximum of €6,000.00% contribution. B: 70%, up to max €8,000.00 Minimum size of the project: €3,000.00 Aid granted under the “de minimis” regime, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 2831/2023 Characteristics of suppliers: For consultancy on type A interventions, the company must make use of the following suppliers • EGE - Experts in Energy Management - certified according to the UNI CEI 11339 standard by accredited bodies • energy manager and/or other experts who can attest with a specific declaration (Form C) at least 3 experiences in the sector in the last three years. For type B interventions), circular economy experts who can attest with a specific declaration (Form C) at least 3 experiences in the sector in the last three years. For training it is necessary to make use of accredited bodies and agencies (by the Regions, universities, research centres, etc.) For certification services it is necessary to make use of bodies accredited in accordance with the regulations. The payment of the contribution is subject to the outcome of the investigation of the reporting received.
