The Voucher intends to facilitate the process of certifying gender equality for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
Beneficiaries
Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises, which have at least one (1) employee on staff. In the case of companies that employ more than 50 employees, they are in compliance with the "Periodic report on the situation of male and female personnel"; have successfully completed the pre-screening (self-assessment) through the specific test managed by the Implementing Body and published on the website https://certificazioneparitadigenere.unioncamere.gov.it/ , are in compliance with their contribution obligations (DURC).
Eligible expenses
Contributions for technical assistance and support services for the certification of gender equality: they are provided by the Implementing Body (Unioncamere), they provide support for:
a) for the analysis of processes, to identify the existing gaps between the current state and the requirements required by UNI/PdR 125:2022, for the customization of documents/tools of the Gender Equality Management System made available by the Implementing Party , for the implementation of the management system for gender equality, for the monitoring of performance indicators and the definition of strategic objectives. Up to 4 days of assistance are provided for these activities;
b) for the pre-verification of the conformity of the Management System adopted by the company with the provisions of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice. 1 day of assistance is provided for this activity.
The company can request the contribution for technical assistance and support services for the activities referred to in letters a) and b) or only for the activities referred to in letter b).
The beneficiary company must use the subsidized services within 6 months from the date of transmission of the provision granting the contribution. Based on a reasoned request from the company, the Implementing Party may authorize an extension of a further 3 months.
Contributions for gender equality certification services: only services for the issue of the first certification by the CBs registered in the List of Certification Bodies are eligible for the following items:
– examination of the application; – document verification;
– on-site verification and direct observation of the certified organisation's activity;
– issuing of the certificate.
Costs for carrying out other services provided by the CBs (e.g. pre-audits, additional audits, annual surveillance and renewal) other than those indicated above are not eligible.
Facilitation
Contributions for technical assistance and support services for the certification of gender equality
€1,639.34 net of VAT for the services referred to in letter a) €409.84 net of VAT for the services referred to in letter b)
Contributions for gender equality certification services
For each day of the CB's audit, the Implementing Party provides a contribution up to a maximum of 1,200.00 euros net of VAT.
The maximum amount for subsidized services, per single company, is however 10,245.00 euros net of VAT, according to the following table:
NB To calculate the number of employees, only the equivalent employees involved in the processes considered most critical within the Gender Equality Management System must be counted, and not the overall number of employees of the organisation.
Duration
The beneficiary company must complete the process within 12 months from the date of transmission of the concession provision. . On the basis of a reasoned request, the Implementing Party may authorize an extension of a further 2 months.
Delivery
The Implementing Party shall settle the sums due to the experts for the subsidized technical assistance and support services to the company and to the CBs for the certification services provided to the certified beneficiary companies, within the limits of the contribution granted, upon receipt by the same of the service report digitally signed by the legal manager of the beneficiary company, with evidence of the provision of services within the established deadlines.
