The intervention aims to revitalize the economic competitiveness of historic and urban centers through specific actions in the sectors of commerce and artistic and quality craftsmanship considered of fundamental importance for local development and for the promotion of the territory. The Natural Shopping Centers represent an organizational model based on "building a system", therefore through the aggregation of commercial, artisan, tourist and service businesses, located in a specific area of the City, the aim is to enhance the territory and make the market more competitive. commercial/artisan and tourism system of which they are part.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises established in associated form (ATI - "Temporary Association of Companies", ATS - Temporary Association of Purpose, Business Networks without legal personality, Business Networks with legal personality, Partnership Agreement) can participate in this call. Companies established in associated form must belong to the sector of: a. Retail trade and supply of food and drinks in a fixed location identified by the ATECO 2007 codes - 2022 update - reported in Appendix A - list A.1 of the Notice, in possession of a Scia or equivalent qualification for carrying out the activity; b. Artistic and quality craftsmanship identified by the list in Appendix A – list A.2 of the Notice.
What does it predict
The intervention includes capital contributions to support system projects for the valorisation and redevelopment of MSMEs in trade and artistic and quality craftsmanship through the implementation of promotion and marketing initiatives.
