These are funds deriving from the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020 on the distribution, terms, methods of access and reporting of contributions to the municipalities of the internal areas, under the Fund to support economic, artisanal and commercial activities for each of the years from 2020 to 2022 published in the Official Journal no. 302 of 4 December 2020. There are 3 years affected, as of 31 December 2023 2 of the 3 notices have been published and the submission deadlines for them are closed. The third and final notice will be published in 2024, only after it has been opened will it be possible to send applications.
Who is it aimed at?
. The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: - carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (for these it is the obligation to register in the REGISTER OF ARTISAN BUSINESSES), through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of CASTEL DI IERI; Each beneficiary company can receive only one contribution regardless of the number of operating units present in the Municipality. - they are duly established and registered in the Business Register and are active at the time of submission of the application; - they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not are subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings.
What does it predict
Economic aid is provided for expenses already incurred.
