This Notice is aimed at the selection and subsequent financing of intervention proposals, presented by private terminal operators and/or concessionaires, operating within the port areas, with the objective of reducing CO2 emissions and other pollutants caused from the internal combustion engines of the vehicles they own, limited to the operations carried out on the docking docks, to be financed within the scope of Mission 3 "Infrastructures for sustainable mobility", Component 2 "Interventions and integrated logistics", Investment 1.1 "Green Ports: interventions of renewable energy and energy efficiency in ports".
Who is it aimed at?
Private terminal operators and/or individual holders of a concession or other equivalent title who operate within the port areas under the jurisdiction of the Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea, who intend to carry out the interventions, can benefit from the benefits referred to in this Notice. referred to in point 2.2 of the Public Notice of 25 August 2021 and which on the date of submission of the application for relief: a) are duly established and registered as active in the Business Register; b) are in the full and free exercise of their rights, are not subject to insolvency proceedings and are not in a state of bankruptcy, compulsory or voluntary liquidation, controlled administration, composition with creditors, with the exception of composition with creditors with business continuity, or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; ) are in the ordinary accounting system; d) are in compliance with the provisions in force regarding contributory obligations; e) are holders of a valid concession or other equivalent title and operate within the port; f) guarantee, in the case in which it also operates in different sectors or carries out other activities excluded from the scope of application of Regulation 2023/2831 "de minimis", with adequate means such as the separation of activities or the distinction of costs, which the aforementioned activities carried out in the sectors excluded do not benefit from aid granted pursuant to Regulation 2023/2831 "de minimis".
What does it predict
1. The benefits are granted pursuant to Regulation 2023/2831 "de minimis", on the basis of a competitive, ranking evaluation procedure, as indicated in the Public Notice of 25 August 2021.2. The benefits are granted, in the form of a non-repayable contribution within the limits of a maximum aid intensity of 40% compared to the eligible costs, in compliance with the ceiling set out in the following paragraph 3. 3. The benefits granted pursuant to Regulation 2023/ 2831 "de minimis" are entitled to up to a maximum amount of aid granted on a "de minimis" basis to a single beneficiary company in an amount not exceeding 300,000.00 euros over a period of three years, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 3, paragraph 2 of the aforementioned Regulation.
