research and innovation financing The Managing Authority intends to offer the possibility of granting support to industrial research or experimental development projects presented to the European Commission within the framework of the European Horizon Europe program and which, despite not having obtained aid, within the framework of the same program, have been recognized with the “Seal of Excellence” (So E) quality mark in the 2021-2027 programming period. The eligible initiatives of So E correspond to those of action 1. Projects that have received the "Seal of Excellence" no more than six months before the publication of this notice are eligible for funding.

The call is aimed at companies and research institutions with the "Seal of Excellence" brand.
What does it predict
The benefit consists of support for research projects (Action 1 “Seal of Excellence”) in the form of a Subsidy/Interest Subsidy – Direct contribution to expenditure.
