Public notice for the presentation of project proposals for research activities carried out by research organizations and companies within the project “Multi-Risk sci Ence for resilien T comm Unities unde R a changi Ng climate (Return)”, project code pe00000005, cup b83c22004820002, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, mission 4 Education and research” – component 2 “from research to business” – investment 1.3, financed by the European Union – Next generation Eu.

Who is it aimed at?

To research organizations (Od R), external to the Return Partnership, as defined pursuant to point 1.3 letter (ff) of the new CSR regulation referred to in communication C (2022) 7388 of 19 October 2022, both public and private, in single or collaborative, with the role of Lead Partner. To Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), external to the Return Partnership, which compete in a collaborative manner with at least one Supervisory Body as project leader. Companies must have the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of REG (EC) n. 800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General Block Exemption Regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008. To Large Enterprises (GI), external to the Return Partnership, in collaborative mode provided that the requirement of collaboration with at least one MSME persists, and with an OD as project leader. The participation of MSMEs and GIs cannot exceed the limit of 60% of the project costs.

What does it predict

The program “Multi-Risk sci Ence for resilien T comm Unities unde R a changi Ng climate (RETURN)”, proposal code PE00000005, focuses on the topic “3. Environmental, natural and anthropic risks”, with an allocation of resources equal to €115 million (of which 41% in the South). The University of Florence as Spoke 7 – TS3, called “The resilience of communities to risks: social, economic, legal and cultural dimensions”, is the Implementer of the RETURN Project and, in compliance with the provisions set out in the art. 5 of Public Notice No. 341 of 03/15/2022 must activate "cascade calls".
