The Marche Region intends to encourage companies' access to new markets, the consolidation of their position and diversification on foreign markets through support to SMEs for the definition of an innovative international promotion strategy, in the areas defined by the 2021- Smart Specialization Strategy 2027 and in coherence with the "Integrated three-year plan for internationalization interventions, international cooperation and the Adriatic-Ionian Macroregion 2022-2024". In this sense, this announcement intends to support internationalization activities aimed at strengthening and consolidating the presence of Marche companies on foreign markets, strengthening the management of marketing and commercial activities.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) can benefit from the benefits provided by this announcement, in single or aggregate form in the form of a network contract, temporary association of purpose or temporary grouping also in the form of consortia for internationalization. The headquarters of the investment must be located in the Marche Region.
What does it predict
For the purposes of this announcement, business projects aimed at strengthening the presence on foreign markets, with reference to the identified target countries, through the activation of one or more of the following five interventions are eligible: Strengthening the corporate or consortium image and/or or the brand; Incoming of foreign operators; Temporary showrooms/exhibitions (maximum 18 months) of products and/or services held in Italy or abroad; International trade fairs organized in Italy and abroad (whose total cost of participation exceeds €50,000.00 per single fair); Design innovation and ecodesign for target markets. This notice is implemented pursuant to Reg. (EU) no. 2831/2023 “de minimis” with an aid intensity of 70%. However, for interventions 3), 4), 5) only, the beneficiary will be able to opt for the exemption regime referred to in Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014 and subsequent amendments of the Commission of 17 June 2014, which declares certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty, published in GUUEL 187 of 26 June 2014, and subsequent amendments, and in particular in compliance of the provisions of the articles. 18, 19, 28 and 29, with an aid intensity of 50%. The benefit is granted for the implementation of the project and, at the choice of the proponent: - in the form of a non-repayable capital contribution (Option 1); - in the form of a capital contribution, expressed as a percentage of the total eligible expenses and the help, expressed in ESL, of the financial instrument "Ordinary Credit Fund - Internationalization Section", established by the managing body of the "Credito Futuro Marche" holding fund (OPTION 2). Option 2 provides for the possibility of benefiting from the help provided by the “NUOVO CREDITO FUND” intervention (https://www.creditofuturomarche.it/), in the form of a guarantee on a bank loan associated with non-repayable grants for the reduction of interest costs and guarantee costs. The contribution for the reduction of the cost of the first degree guarantee issued by the Consortiums is applied by the Consortiums themselves to the benefit of the beneficiary company. The contribution for the reduction of interest costs is determined on the amount of the admitted loan intended for the realization of the investments. The characteristics of the guarantee, the intensity of the contribution for the reduction of the cost of the guarantee and the cost of the interest and the methods of disbursement of the same, are established by the Region with the decree establishing the "Ordinary Credit Fund - Internationalization Section" and will be published on regional sites and on the “Credito Futuro Marche” platform.
