The tender is aimed at guaranteeing the modernization of the agricultural machinery fleet, in addition to investments in precision agriculture systems for the efficiency of agricultural production. The modernization will make it possible to improve the environmental performance of companies in terms of reducing emissions and pollutants
Who is it aimed at?
The agricultural or agro-mechanical company or their associations or cooperatives which1) in the case of agricultural companies, are active farmers pursuant to Article 9 of Reg. (EU) no. 1307/2013, 2) not be included among companies in difficulty pursuant to European legislation on State Aid for the rescue and restructuring of companies in difficulty, 3) have an updated and validated Company File pursuant to art. 43 of legislative decree no. 76 of 2020,4) be registered in the Company Register of the competent Chamber of Commerce and hold a VAT number,5) be in the conditions of "absence of serious crimes to the detriment of the State and the European Union" (Contract Code - Legislative Decree Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, no. 36),6) not be the recipient of pending recovery orders following a previous Commission decision declaring the aid illegitimate and incompatible with the internal market, in accordance with the provisions of section 2.2, point (25) of the Guidelines,7) not be a large undertaking
What does it predict
The following are eligible for aid: a) Purchase of machinery and equipment for precision agriculture; b) Replacement of off-road vehicles for agriculture and livestock farming; c) Innovation of irrigation and water management systems. The aid is granted on a capital account. The aid intensity is 65% and 80% for young farmers. The contribution can be paid as a balance, with a request for a possible advance equal to 30% of the contribution granted, upon presentation of a surety.
