The “Agrisolare Park” measure, Mission 2 “Green revolution and ecological transition” of the PNRR, Component 1 “Circular economy and sustainable agriculture”, Investment 2.2, has the objective of supporting investments for the construction of electricity production plants solar photovoltaic in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector, excluding land consumption.
Who is it aimed at?
The MASAF decree n. 211444 of 19 April 2023 regulates access to resources for the development of the "Agrisolare Park" identifying as Beneficiary Subjects: a) agricultural entrepreneurs, individually or corporately; b) agro-industrial companies; c) independently of their associates, the agricultural cooperatives carrying out activities referred to in article 2135 of the civil code and the cooperatives or their consortia referred to in article 1, paragraph 2, of legislative decree 18 May 2001 n. 228;d) the subjects referred to in letters a), b) and c) constituted in aggregate form such as, by way of example and not limited to, temporary business associations (ATI), temporary business groupings (RT I), business networks enterprise, renewable energy communities (CER).
What does it predict
The second Notice of the "Agrisolare Park" measure aims to assign at least 50% of the expected resources, which will be granted, similarly to Notice 1, through a one-stop procedure managed by the GSE as Implementing Body. The measure is aimed at selecting and financing interventions which consist of the purchase and installation of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of buildings instrumental to the activity of the beneficiary companies. Together with this activity, one or more complementary interventions can be carried out for the redevelopment of the buildings for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the structures such as the removal and disposal of asbestos from the roofs, the creation of thermal insulation of the roofs and the construction of an aeration system. Together with the construction of the photovoltaic system, which in this tender can have a peak power of no less than 6 kWp and no more than 1000 kWp, it will be possible to request a contribution for the installation of electrical energy storage systems and/or or electric charging devices for sustainable mobility.
