The Green line is aimed at SMEs for investments dedicated to the energy efficiency of the production plants to encourage the reduction of the environmental impact of production systems, both through the reduction of energy consumption and through the recovery of energy and/or the capture of greenhouse gases with existing production cycles.
Who is it aimed at?
SMEs in possession of the following requirements:
- constituted, registered and active in the Register of Companies with at least two financial statements filed on the date of submission of the financing application
- With an operational headquarters in Lombardy
- With rating from 1 to 10 according to Credit Scoring methodology on historical data
What does it predict
The facility is made up of:
- A free regional guarantee on medium-long term loan provided by the lenders and aimed at obtaining the financial resources necessary for the investment;
- A non -funding contribution on the capital on investment.
The intensity of the lost -end contribution varies due to the reference area of the company and the aid regime applied, as specified below:
For concessions following 31 December 2023, the maximals of the capital contribution are indicated in the table available in the attachments at the bottom of the page.
The capital contribution will be paid by Finlombarda SpA, a manager of the measure, in a single balance solution, after verifying the reporting of eligible expenses.
The minimum amount of the investment must be € 100,000, the maximum facilitated amount -through the financing supported by guarantee and a non -funding contribution -is:
- of Euro 3 million.
Characteristics of the loan
- Amount: up to a maximum of € 2,850,000.00
- Interest rate: market rate applied to the financial resources made available by the affiliated financiers
- Duration: between a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years, including any pre -amortization up to a maximum of 24 months.
The loan will be paid in advance of up to 70% following the signing of the contract; The balance will then be provided by the financier subject verification of the reporting of eligible expenses.
