Who is it aimed at?

Natural persons (individual or associated) who intend to start a new micro or small business in the area of ​​the GAL BMG rural district in the sectors of innovative craftsmanship, the bioeconomy and the Green Economy. The geographical area concerned corresponds to the entire area of ​​the municipalities of the GAL rural district BMG (Barbagia, Mandrolisai, Gennargentu,) namely: Aritzo, Atzara, Austis, Belvì, Desulo, Gadoni, Gavoi, Lodine, Meana Sardo, Ollolai, Olzai , Oniferi, Ortueri, Ovodda, Sarule, Sorgono, Teti, Tiana, Tonara.

What does it predict

Support is granted for the start-up of activities falling within one or more of the following diversification sectors: Bioeconomy: productive and economic activities based on the sustainable use of renewable natural resources and their transformation into final or intermediate goods and services. As regards the production of goods, the bioeconomy consists of an environmentally friendly economic activity in which resources from the agricultural and forestry sector, as well as waste, are used as inputs for manufacturing activities as defined in the "Ateco Classification of Economic Activities 2007". The production of services based on the sustainable use of agricultural inputs is also permitted, while the agriculture and forestry sectors are excluded from the measure's support. •Environment and green economy: productive and economic activities based on the use and valorisation of forest products, reuse activities, reduction of waste and energy consumption and for the recycling of non-agricultural materials and products. This therefore includes business activities aimed at enhancing and protecting the environment and providing services and technologies for reducing the carbon footprint, as well as innovative services for increasing energy efficiency in economic and civil activities. Economic activities aimed at encouraging the use of production processes with low environmental impact and lower consumption of resources and activities for the development and implementation of methods and tools for the quantitative evaluation of the environmental impacts induced by technologies and products can also be financed. innovative. Innovative craftsmanship: artisanal activities aimed at innovating uses, materials and products, with the significant contribution of design activities, creativity and/or new IT tools. These are economic activities that enhance raw materials and local artisan heritage, re-proposing it in a contemporary key with creative, innovative and design approaches.
