The “Lombardy belongs to young people” 2024 call is part of the path defined by Regional Law no. 4/2022 and intends to support young people in building their own personal life and professional development project through the valorisation and strengthening of the network of services already present in the area and the development of new opportunities and innovative tools, to respond increasingly effectively to needs of all boys and girls living in Lombardy.
Who is it aimed at?
The projects must be presented by a project leader with registered office in Lombardy which can be: - Municipality, in single or associated form; - Union of Municipalities; - Mountain community; - Special company/Consortium, only if leader of Territorial area identified or delegated by the Assembly of Mayors pursuant to art. 18 c. 9 of regional law n. 3/2008.
What does it predict
The 2024 “Lombardy belongs to young people” call through the valorisation and strengthening of the network of services already present in the area and the development of new opportunities and innovative tools aims to: – strengthen the offer of services for young people already existing in the area , focusing on integration and expansion, in order to provide personalized responses to specific youth needs in a systemic and integrated perspective; - encourage the promotion of innovative initiatives that facilitate the establishment or strengthening of inclusive and aggregative places and services for young people, especially in areas where there is currently a lack of adequate services or projects dedicated to this age group; - support the experimentation of new models and innovative approaches in the provision of youth services, encouraging the creation of creative and adaptable solutions to the changing needs of the context;- enhance project proposals capable of generating significant impacts on the territories, activating positive collaborations with a qualified network of local partners, both public and private, in order to actively involve them in the proposed project actions.
