Call for the submission of project proposals within the scope of priority 2 "GREEN" of the program "Investments for employment and growth" ERDF 2021-2027 - 2nd call for district heating networks.
Who is it aimed at?
Beneficiaries of the concessions can be all managers of district heating or district cooling systems (e.g. municipalities, municipal companies, cooperatives, private companies) within a serviced area delimited according to Article 2 of the call.
What does it predict
This tender promotes the construction of efficient pipelines for district heating and district cooling pursuant to Article 2, point 41, of Directive 2012/27/EU exclusively in the areas served delimited for the first time by decree of the director of the Provincial Agency for the Environment and climate protection after 31 December 2019. The subsidy rate is equal to a maximum of 30% of the project costs eligible for financing and actually incurred for large companies and a maximum of 40% for small and medium-sized companies businesses and local authorities.
