INTERREG VI A Italy-France Maritime 2021-2027 - I Notice for the submission of project applications for priorities 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 The first Notice reflects the objective of the Italy-France Maritime Cross-border Cooperation Program 2021-2027 and therefore intends to support the economic and social cohesion of the cross-border space by strengthening its resilience and, therefore, the ability to: - face the impact of the industrial and ecological transition and accompany it by giving centrality to the challenge of innovation, growth and competitiveness of the territories ;- protect (from natural and anthropic risks) and enhance the natural and cultural resources of the area also from a circular economy perspective, giving centrality to the territory and its environment; - promoting a better connection between territories, giving centrality to accessibility challenge; - making the cross-border labor market more efficient by giving centrality to the challenge of human capital qualification; - removing obstacles that prevent the full achievement of the Program objective, giving centrality to the challenge of cross-border cohesion.
Who is it aimed at?
– Public bodies - Public law bodies - EGTC - Private bodies with legal personality - Trade associations - International bodies located in the territories of the two Member States of the Programme. Such bodies are eligible only if: - they adhere to the principles established by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union; - they adhere to community policies, including the rules on public procurement; – accept the control rules established by the Program and applied by the Member State where the organization is located; – accept control and audit actions by the bodies identified by the Program for the execution of these activities; – accept financial responsibility for any irregularities.
What does it predict
The notice provides for the financing of simple or strategic territorial or strategic thematic projects, presented by a partnership made up of entities belonging to the two Member States that are part of the Program area (with exceptions). The size of the partnership must however reflect the purpose and scope of the project and must remain of a manageable size.
