The Productive Activities Department of the Sicily Region promotes the call for expression of interest for the selection of Sicilian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises interested in participating in international trade fairs for the period March - June 2024, with the aim of strengthening the their competitiveness and enhance their presence in international markets. The events for the period are: - SI Sposa Italia – Milan – from 5 to 8 April – Bridal fashion sector – The Real Italian Wine and Food – London – 30 April – Agri-food sector - UK Construction – London – from 7 to 9 May – Construction sector- CIBUS – Parma – from 7 to 10 May – Agri-food sector- SIAL Canada – Montreal – from 15 to 17 May – Agri-food sector- THAIFEX ANUGA Asia 2024 – Bangkok – from 28 May to 1 June – Agri-food sector.
Who is it aimed at?
The following recipients may submit a request for participation:A) micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined by Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 and subsequent amendments;B) consortia and consortium companies established, including in cooperative form ;C) production districts and legally established and recognized business networks. The aforementioned recipient subjects must, at the time of submitting the application, have their registered office or a production unit, recipient of the intervention, in the regional territory.
What does it predict
For each trade fair, the Department of Productive Activities covers the costs relating to: – rental of the exhibition area, – stand setup, – general services, – registration in the event catalogue. Additional services may be provided. Companies will be able to increase, at their own expense, the standard exhibition space guaranteed by the Region.
