FACILITATION
- 65% non-repayable.
- Minimum amount 2,000.00 euros Maximum 50,000.00 euros.
EASY INTERVENTIONS
- Replacement of machines placed on the market prior to the specific legislative and regulatory provisions transposing Directive 2006/42/EC (before 2010).
- Replacement of electrical appliances placed on the market prior to the specific legislative and regulatory provisions transposing Directive 2014/35/EC (before 2016).
- Replacement of electrical systems installed before the entry into force of Law 46/90 (13 March 1990).
- Replacement of fixed automatic fire alarm detection and signaling systems installed before 1 January 2010.
- Creation or treatment of surfaces that limit the risk of contamination or that are easy to disinfect to reduce biological risk.
- Purchase of fume hoods to reduce chemical or biological risk.
- Purchase of extraction and collection systems for gases, fumes, mists, vapors or dust to reduce chemical risk.
The projects can also concern a combination of the previous interventions.
ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
Eligible for financing are expenses directly necessary for the implementation of the project, any ancillary or instrumental expenses functional to the implementation of the same and indispensable for its completeness, as well as any technical expenses, within the limits specified in the appropriate annexes. The expenses eligible for financing must refer to projects that have not been completed and are not in progress at the closing date of the online help desk (16/6/2023).

- acquisitions through financial leasing (leasing)
- purchase of used goods
- other expenses specifically indicated in the notice
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TERMS
Within one year of project approval
ANTICIPATION
If the requested relief is equal to or greater than 30,000.00 Euros, an advance of up to 50% of the amount of the loan itself can be requested by presenting a specific
guarantee.
