Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro enterprises - referred to in Recommendation n.2003/361/EC of the European Commission of 6 May 2003 and article 2 of Ministerial Decree 1 18/04/2005 - which: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, activity mainly in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Santomenna; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) are up to date with payments and obligations relating to municipal taxes or any repayment plans for debt regularization agreed with the Tax Office and with at least one installment paid. The situation of arrears does not arise if the participant settles his debt position within the expiry date of the Notice.
