The fund is established to support the birth, development and competitive positioning of micro, small and medium -sized enterprises (MPMI) in the cultural and creative sectors, in the regions of the South: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily .

Who is it aimed at?

  • Cultural and creative enterprises, as defined by art. 25 of Law 206/2023;
  • Third sector entities that carry out cultural and creative economic activities;
  • Classified as micro, small or medium -sized enterprises.

Who can access the Fondo Cultural and Creative Business Fund 2025?

The fund supports projects for the digital, ecological transition, social innovation and the enhancement of cultural heritage, in line with the objectives of the PNRR.

The maximum contribution is equal to 75,000 euros per non -fund, up to 80% of the eligible expenses for each project presented.

What is the deadline for submitting application to the ICE 2025 Fund?
Applications can be submitted starting from 10 June 2025 until the resources available via the official platform of the Ministry is exhausted.
Co -financing in the Cultural and Creative Companies Fund is required?
Yes, the project must be co -financed for at least 20% of the total expenses, which are not covered by the lost -end contribution.
What is the maximum duration of the fundable project?
The projects must be concluded within 18 months from the date of granting the contribution, with any authorized extension.
How is the selection of the projects of the ICC 2025 fund?
Applications are assessed in chronological order of arrival subject to exhaustion, subject to verification of the requirements and design merit.
The fund can be combined with other public incentives?
Yes, it can be combined with other public aid, provided that they do not exceed 100% of the eligible expenses and comply with the legislation on state aid.
What kind of cultural enterprises can apply?
Cultural enterprises active in publishing, music, audiovisual, design, fashion, artistic crafts, gaming, performing arts and musealization can participate.
Where do you apply for the Cultural and Creative Companies Fund?
Applications must be submitted online on the dedicated portal of the Ministry of Culture, according to the instructions contained in the official announcement.
How does the contribution of the contribution of the ICC 2025 takes place?
The delivery takes place in two tranches: an advance of up to 40% and the final balance after approved reporting and verification of the results.
