The fund is established to support the birth, development and competitive positioning of micro, small and medium -sized enterprises (MPMI) in the cultural and creative sectors, in the regions of the South: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily .

Who is it aimed at?

  • Cultural and creative enterprises, as defined by art. 25 of Law 206/2023;
  • Third sector entities that carry out cultural and creative economic activities;
  • Classified as micro, small or medium -sized enterprises.

What does it predict

Combination of subsidies and subsidized loans

Inclusion of qualified services (e.g. technical-generational tutoring)

Help regimes: Gber Regulation (EU 2014/651) and De Minimis (EU

2023/2831)
