The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Sassari, in addition to the directly organized initiatives, makes non-repayable contributions available to companies based in the territory under its jurisdiction with the aim of encouraging participation in trade fairs and exhibitions in Italy and abroad, in compliance with current "de minimis" legislation.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies that meet the following general requirements are eligible for financing: • are regularly registered in the business register of the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari; • have their registered office in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari; • are active, are not subject to liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings or other insolvency proceedings, however named at the time of submission of the application; • are up to date with the payment of the annual chamber fee. For the purposes of this Regulation, the position of the person who presents a state of insolvency equal to or less than 10.00 euros per year as resulting from the Chamber database is considered regular with the payment of the annual fee; • are in compliance with their contribution obligations1; • are in order and comply with the provisions of the "de minimis" Regulations referred to in art. 11; • do not have, at the time of the application as well as at the time of the concession, existing supplies with the Sassari Chamber of Commerce, even free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 4, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 95/2012 of 06/07/2012, converted into Law 07/08/2012, n. 135. • access to the fair fund, as a rule, is reserved only for companies that carry the chamber of commerce logo. The use of the chamber logo does not constitute the right to obtain the contribution.
What does it predict
Expenses, net of VAT, incurred by the applicant company for: • rental of exhibition space, set-up and trade fair support services are eligible; • registration on digital platforms and other trade fair services provided by the organisers; • transport of the products/materials to be exhibited, including rental of the van/truck; • travel by rail, air or sea with a maximum limit of 2 representatives per requesting company; • overnight stay only expenses with a maximum limit of €300.00 per day per requesting company up to a maximum of €200.00 per person; • expenses for services rendered by Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, expenses for services rendered and/or participation fee in initiatives organized by the Special Promocamera Agency. Expenses for: • taxis, car rental, motorway tolls, fuel are excluded; • trams, subways, buses and other transport services not indicated among the eligible expenses; • breakfasts, meals or other drinks; • hostesses and interpreting; • promotional material, packaging, etc…; • everything not specifically included among the eligible expenses.
