Public notice for the provision of non-repayable contributions to support the economic, artisanal and commercial activities of the Municipality of Villaspeciosa

Who is it aimed at?

The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Productive Activities of 18 April 2005 - which: - carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the Register of Artisan Enterprises) through the registered office and/or an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Villaspeciosa or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory; - are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisanal enterprises, in the Register of artisanal enterprises and are active at the time of submission of the application; - have not benefited from or have not exceeded the maximum limits for State aid in " de minimis” established by Regulation (EU) no. 1407 of 2013, which a company can receive within three years from a Member State. - are in normal activity, or are not in a state of liquidation, bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings;
