Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro-enterprises - referred to in the decree (*) of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: • carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Ayas, or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory;• are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the 'Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; • they carry out the activity in a stable and continuous manner in the territory of the Municipality of Ayas; • they are not in a state of liquidation or judicial liquidation and are not subject to judicial liquidation (bankruptcy) or composition with creditors.
What does it predict
The areas of intervention may concern initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes , through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for building and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired.2. It should be noted that expenses for investments, purchases or projects that will be started after the date of publication of this announcement will be eligible.
