Promote the development of sustainable forest management certifications and support investments for forest nurserymen, the creation and strengthening of forest companies and companies in the supply chain of the first woodworking.
Who is it aimed at?
The measure supports sustainable investment projects, aimed at the production and distribution of nursery material for the reforestation, arboriculture and ecological management of the territory, whose implementation is entrusted to the regions.
Investments must be made by companies or other subjects operating for:
- collection for nursery production purposes
- production
- transfer to any reason
- Marketing of multiplication or forest propagation material intended for reforestation, coaching, wood arboriculture, renaturalization and arrangement of the territory.
What does it predict
The financial allocation is 25 million euros for the year 2024, of which 15 million euros for the granting of contributions with a lost and 10 million euros for the granting of subsidized rate funding.
The concessions are granted in two forms:
- Contributions with a lost fund, with coverage of up to 50% of the eligible expenses.
- Subsidized loans, dedicated to wooded companies and the wood chain.
