The notice is issued to implement sub-measure 16.9 "Diversification of agricultural activities into activities relating to health care, social integration, community supported agriculture". The call is aimed at promoting the implementation of projects aimed at supporting forms of cooperation between agricultural companies and subjects with a social purpose in which the agricultural activity is functional to the creation of social services aimed at the work, social, therapeutic-rehabilitative inclusion of subjects disadvantaged. GAL FAR Maremma Measure 19.2 – Sub-measure 16.2

Who is it aimed at?

The call is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the territories falling within the GAL Maremma territories. When submitting the application, the parties interested in carrying out the project must be established or must undertake to be established in the form of a temporary business association (ATI) or temporary purpose association (ATS). The ATI/ATS must be made up of at least two single or associated agricultural or forestry companies and may also include one or more of the following types of entities as long as there is consistency between the purposes indicated in its statute or deed of incorporation and the purposes of the tender: - public subjects among those who have functions of planning and management of health, social-health and social-welfare services and interventions for the territorial areas of reference of the project pursuant to LR 40/05 and LR 41/05, or:1. Health Society and/or Municipalities associated with it;2. Health companies, 3. Municipalities under single or associated management where there is no Health Company present in the reference territory; - Social cooperatives established pursuant to art. 8 of Law no. 381/1991 and subsequent amendments and registered in the Register of the Tuscany Region pursuant to art. 3 of LR n. 87/1997 and subsequent amendments - Volunteer Organizations registered in the Regional Register of Volunteer Organizations (pursuant to LR no. 28/1993 and subsequent amendments) active in one of the following sectors of intervention: social, healthcare, socio-healthcare. - Social promotion associations registered in the regional register of social promotion associations (pursuant to LR no. 42/2002 and subsequent amendments) active in one of the following sectors of intervention: social, healthcare, socio-healthcare. - Community cooperatives established pursuant to art. 11 bis of LR 73/2005; - Foundations active in the planning and implementation of social interventions and services; - Professional organizations, trade associations of the agricultural supply chains and trade unions; - Universities and research bodies.

What does it predict

The support is aimed at partnerships that intend to promote projects aimed at providing social services to local communities aimed at disadvantaged people. The intervention is divided into the following activities: Activity A) support is granted for the establishment, organisation, coordination, preparatory studies and animation of the associated form of the subjects involved in the partnership in order to develop cooperative relationships between different operators; Activity B) support is granted for the establishment, organisation, coordination, preparatory studies and animation of the associated form of the subjects involved in the partnership in order to develop cooperative relationships between different operators as well as for the implementation of the operational project aimed at welcoming people with disabilities and/or disadvantages. The support provided for by sub-measure 16.9 is granted in the form of a capital contribution and is equal to 90% of the expenses incurred and eligible for financing. The maximum amount of the contribution that can be granted for each project is 20,000.00 Euros in the event that the intervention concerns only support for the expenses incurred for the establishment, organisation, coordination, preparatory studies and animation of the form associated with the subjects involved in the partnership (Activity A) and 100,000.00 Euros in the event that the expenses for the implementation of the operational project aimed at welcoming disadvantaged subjects into the company are also incurred (Activity B).
