The Region intends to promote the use of renewable energy sources as well as allow agricultural businesses to increase their resilience capacity and actively contribute to the achievement of ecological transition objectives through the granting of contributions for the installation, in the regional territory, of new plants photovoltaic systems with a maximum power of up to 130 kW, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 42 to 45 of article 3 of regional law 13/2023 (budget adjustment for the years 2023-2025).
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of the aid must be SMEs active in the production of agricultural products with an operating unit in the region, which have established the electronic company file and which have ownership or availability of the entire building or rural artefact on which the photovoltaic system is placed.
What does it predict
The contributions will be granted according to the chronological order in which the applications are submitted (one-stop procedure) and in the amount of 40 percent of the expenses deemed eligible for the construction of the photovoltaic system and 100 percent for the removal, disposal and re-roofing in asbestos or fiber cement. The maximum amount of aid cannot however exceed 1,300.00 euros per kWp for systems with a power of up to 50kWp and 1,100 euros for systems with a power of up to 130kWp. The maximum contribution limit for roofing is set at €65/m2 for asbestos roofs and €55/m2 for fiber cement roofs. The contributions are granted, until 31 December 2024, pursuant to the "Anti-crisis program for the Russian-Ukrainian conflict" of the Central Directorate for agri-food, forestry and fisheries resources, in implementation of the "Temporary crisis framework for state aid measures to support of the economy following Russia's aggression against Ukraine" by the European Commission.
