The Pistoia-Prato Chamber of Commerce - together with the Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia e Pescia Foundation - intends to promote the installation of electric charging devices by tourist businesses in the relevant territorial district, consisting of the territory of the province of Pistoia and the province of Prato, in order to encourage the use of vehicles with zero or very low exhaust emissions and thus encourage eco-sustainable forms of tourism.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, including sole proprietorships, can benefit from the benefits referred to in this announcement, which at the date of submission of the application: a) are duly constituted, registered and active in the Company Register; b) have headquarters and/or local operational units receiving the intervention within the territorial district, as established above, of the Pistoia-Prato Chamber of Commerce. The location must appear in the Business Register; c) carry out, in the locations covered by the intervention, the activities indicated by the following primary ATECO codes as resulting exclusively from the Business Register: • 55.1 “Hotels and similar structures”; • 55.2 “Accommodations for holidays and other facilities for short stays";• 55.3 "Camping areas and areas equipped for campers and caravans";• 56.10.1 "Catering with catering; catering connected to agricultural and fishing companies"; Limited to codes 55.20.52 ("Accommodation activities connected to agricultural companies"), 55.20.53 ("Accommodation activities connected to fishing companies"), 56.10.12 ("Catering activities connected to agricultural companies") and 56.10.13 ("Catering activities connected to fishing companies") the requirement is satisfied by carrying out the activity in the location covered by the intervention, even if secondary; d) they are not in a state of bankruptcy , compulsory liquidation, voluntary liquidation, composition with creditors (with the exception of composition with creditors with business continuity for which the approval decree provided for by the Bankruptcy Law has already been adopted) and are not subject to any other insolvency procedure provided for by the Bankruptcy Law, by other special laws or other procedures in force as a result of the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 14/2019 and subsequent amendments (Business Crisis and Insolvency Code) which do not allow business continuity, nor have proceedings underway for the declaration of one of these situations against them; e) are in compliance with the current provisions regarding contribution obligations; f) whose legal representatives as well as the other subjects indicated in the art. 85 of Legislative Decree 8 September 2011, n. 159 and subsequent amendments (Code of anti-mafia laws and prevention measures, as well as new provisions regarding anti-mafia documentation) are not subject to forfeiture, suspension or prohibition measures pursuant to art. 67 of the same Decree; g) are up to date with the payment of the annual fee; h) are not in a debt situation towards the Chamber of Commerce of Pistoia-Prato; i) do not have supplies of services in progress with the Chamber of Commerce of Pistoia-Prato pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree 95 of 6 July 2012, converted into Law 7 August 2012, n. 135;j) are not recipients of a contribution under the "Call for the granting of contributions for the installation of electric charging devices by hotel companies" approved with resolution no. 83/23 of 14.09.2023.
What does it predict
1. The benefit consists of a non-repayable contribution equal to 50% of the eligible expenses and cannot in any case exceed the maximum amount of €5,000.00 (five thousand) in addition to the bonus provided for companies in possession of the rating of legality referred to in the following article 8 within the limits of the reserve established for this purpose.2. Investment projects for the purchase and installation of new electric charging devices for a minimum amount of €3,000.00 (three thousand) are eligible for the contribution. The devices must be installed only at the registered office and/or operational units located in the provinces of Pistoia or Prato, or in areas pertaining to the same.
