Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at those who intend to set up new economic activities in the municipal area. Companies duly established and registered in the business register can also benefit from the contribution as long as they undertake a "new economic activity" after the publication of this notice, underlining that "new economic activity" also means the activation of new and additional ATECO codes. These competitors, under penalty of exclusion, must possess the following requirements: • Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts. • Possession of the requirements referred to in the article 80, paragraph 5, letter. b) of the Code: - Companies that are not in a state of bankruptcy; - Companies that are not in a state of compulsory liquidation; - Companies that are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings. • Which do not exist with respect to the subjects referred to in the art. 85 of Legislative Decree 159/2011, relevant in reference to your company situation, the causes of forfeiture, suspension or prohibition provided for by article 67 of legislative decree 6 September 2011, n. 159 or of an attempted mafia infiltration referred to in Article 84, paragraph 4, of Page 3 of the same decree; civil decisions and administrative measures registered in the criminal record pursuant to current legislation.
