The “First Quarter 2024” Public Notice regulates the granting of economic contributions within the resources available in the 2024 budget forecast to support initiatives, events and exhibitions, of an occasional or continuous nature, promoted by private entities, who are able to offer benefits to the local economy in terms of content, characteristics, attractiveness and consequences in terms of growth, commercial opportunities and enhancement of the local community.
Who is it aimed at?
The following can benefit from financial contributions: a. Third Sector entities referred to in Article 4 of Legislative Decree 117/2017;b. amateur sports associations referred to in Law 398/1991 and amateur sports clubs; c. other associations, foundations and committees, referred to in Book I, title II, chapters II and III, of the Civil Code, provided they are established with a written deed; d. other private entities, even with a profit-making purpose, only with reference to specific non-profit initiatives of particular importance and having characteristics such as to promote trade and economic activities in the territory or, in the case of recurring activities, such as to constitute an expression of traditional activities of interest to the local community. Applications for contributions are not accepted for initiatives: – already started at the time of submitting the application; – which will end after 01/04/2024; – for which a total expenditure of more than €80,000.00 is expected. What does it predict
Provision of non-repayable contributions to partially cover the expenses, reported and duly documented, incurred for the creation of: – events, exhibitions, shows or entertainment in one or more areas of the City; – initiatives to enhance the commercial activities of the Center Historical, of the Villages and the Marina, and of city areas affected by significant redevelopment interventions; – advertising and communication campaigns intended to promote the holding of significant events and the image of the city in general, or to counteract the phenomena of commercial illegal activity or pathologies related to gambling; – initiatives to enhance and promote the production and consumption of typical local food and wine products and, more generally, aimed at improving and qualifying the entire food sector and local catering; – projects of economic aggregation for initiatives or activities that favor the development of the natural shopping center formed by the network of merchants located in the Municipality of Rimini.
