The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Emilia intends to support and encourage the competitiveness of businesses through the provision of non-repayable contributions for the acquisition of services to obtain environmental, ethical and social certifications and for the promotion of values ESG.
Who is it aimed at?
All companies with operational registered office and/or local operational unit (with the exclusion of ULs classified as warehouses or warehouses) in the territorial district of the Emilia Chamber of Commerce registered and active in the Business Register can benefit from the benefits.
What does it predict
The non-repayable contribution is equal to 50% of the expenses incurred, documented and eligible, net of VAT, up to a maximum overall amount of €14,000.00, in addition to the bonus of €250.00 to companies in possession of the rating of legality. The expenses - net of VAT, similar foreign taxes and other duties, taxes and duties - relating to obtaining the certifications listed in article 5 of the call for consultancy for obtaining the chosen certification (to be specify in the description on the invoice); - investigations aimed at initial and/or final environmental analyzes (example: emissions, discharges, core sampling, phonometric analyses); - training costs provided exclusively by training agencies accredited by the Regions, Universities and higher education schools recognized by the MIUR, Higher Technical Institutes; - expenses invoiced by the third-party certifying body.
