Who is it aimed at?

The incentive is aimed at artisan businesses registered as artisan businesses (Special Section) in the Business Register, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 2 of Regional Law n.32/2016. The registration and/or annotation must be held: - for subsidized credit operations pursuant to Law 949/1952 starting from the date of disbursement of the bank loan or from the date of completion of the investment if later, - for financial leasing (leasing) referred to in Law 240/1981 starting from the date of delivery of the asset. Applicant companies must have their registered and operational headquarters in Sardinia and be active on the date of submission of the financing application as well as at the time of disbursement of the same.
