The intervention aims to contribute to supporting the development and pre-production of cinematographic and audiovisual works in Campania.
Who is it aimed at?
Subjects carrying out an economic activity with a primary or secondary ATECO (or equivalent NACE Rev. 2) code of 59.11 (production, post-production and distribution of cinematographic, video and television programs) or 59.12 (production, post-production and distribution activities) can apply. post-production of films, videos and television programmes). On the date of submission of the application, the applicant must have its registered office or a local unit in the Campania region; in the latter case, the activity of the local unit in Campania must be visible in the documentation produced and the opening date must be no later than 12/06/2022. On the date of submission of the application, the applicant must also hold at least 50% of the creative processing rights of the subject and any other artistic material presented, even possibly in the form of an option.
What does it predict
Contributions are granted for the following types of projects: Category A) – single project consisting of one of the following types: a) audiovisual work, including serial, with fictional narrative content, including animation, lasting more than 52'. In the case of a serial work, the overall duration, given by the sum of the individual parts, must be greater than 52' minutes (e.g. 26' x 6 = 156' or 13'x 8 = 104'); b) audiovisual work, also serial, with documentary content lasting more than 50'. In the case of a serial work, the overall duration, given by the sum of the individual parts, must be greater than 50' minutes (e.g. 25' x 4 = 100') Category B) – Slate consisting of a catalog of minimum 3 and maximum 5 audiovisual works of any type and duration (e.g. a feature-length fiction film, a documentary, a short fiction film, or 3 documentaries and a feature film, etc.). The catalog must be made up of different works and cannot consist of multiple parts of the same work. The benefits are granted on the basis of an evaluation procedure carried out by a Commission of experts appointed by Executive Decree of the Campania Region which will draw up a ranking of the questions based on the scores assigned.
