The Support Fund for marginal municipalities is aimed at promoting social cohesion and economic development in municipalities particularly affected by the phenomenon of depopulation and for which there are significant lacks of attractiveness due to the reduced offer of tangible and intangible services to people and activities ' economic, respecting complementarity with the national strategy for internal areas. Who is it aimed at?
The notice is aimed at micro-enterprises, as defined by the Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 20051, which at the date of submission of the application: – are duly established and registered as active in the Business Register; – are in the full and free exercise of their rights, are not subject to insolvency proceedings and are not in a state of bankruptcy, forced or voluntary liquidation, controlled administration, composition with creditors (with the exception of composition with creditors with business continuity) or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; – are not the recipients of a disqualification sanction referred to in article 9, paragraph 2, letter d), of legislative decree 8 June 2001, n. 231 and subsequent amendments and additions; – whose legal representatives or directors have not been convicted, with a final sentence or criminal decree of conviction which has become irrevocable or sentence applying the penalty upon request pursuant to Article 444 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for crimes which constitute grounds for the exclusion of an economic operator from participation in a procurement or concession procedure pursuant to the legislation on public contracts relating to works, services and supplies in force on the date of submission of the application; – they are not in conditions such as to be a company in difficulty, as identified in article 2, point 18, of the GBER Regulation, in article 2, point 14 of the ABER Regulation and in article 3, point 5 of the FIBER Regulation;
What does it predict
Granting of contributions to those who want to start a new economic activity (commercial, artisanal or agricultural) in the municipal area.
