Granting of contributions in favor of private individuals and owners of economic and productive activities pursuant to article 1, paragraph 448, of law 30 December 2021, n. 234, in relation to the calamitous events that occurred in the years 2019 and 2020 in the territory of the Provinces of Belluno, Padua, Verona and Vicenza. The incentive is governed by the Ordinances of the Head of the Civil Protection Department – OCDPC: 1.009/2023 – 932/2022 – 704/2020 – August 2020 – Veneto Region
Who is it aimed at?
The incentive is intended for production activities that responded to the reconnaissance activity carried out on the occasion of the meteorological events that occurred in the month of August 2020 in the territory of the provinces of Belluno, Padua, Verona and Vicenza referred to in OCDPC 704/2020.
What does it predict
Contributions to compensate for damage caused to economic and productive activities pursuant to art. 25 c.2 lett. e) of Legislative Decree 1/2018.
