Public notice for non-repayable contributions to support trade and craft activities operating in the Municipality of Bobbio (Annuality 22).
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Bobbio or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory, meaning by new activities those activated in the year 2020 and in operation in the year of disbursement of the contribution - agricultural entrepreneurs who carry out activities of a commercial activities connected to agricultural activity, in accordance with the provisions of art. 2135 of the Civil Code; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings; d) are in compliance with their contribution obligations as certified by the DURC; e) are not debtors to the Municipality of Bobbio of any tax, duty, fine or any sum of money for any reason.
What does it predict
The economic support actions referred to in this Notice may include the following financeable initiatives: – relaunch and redevelopment of existing activities (through restructuring, modernization and expansion initiatives for product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes); – purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, intangible investments, masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired; – structural, organizational and functional adaptation of the activity to the new safety and protection needs of the community and individual consumers following the Covid19 emergency (worker protection, social distancing inside and outside the structures). The following interventions are eligible: a. Capital expenditure: – private construction works (renovation, modernization of premises, work on facades and exteriors, etc.), on properties relating to commercial or artisanal activities; – installation or modernization of systems; – temporary furnishings and structures; – machinery, equipment and appliances, including closely related installation costs; -vehicles to be used for home delivery or for the provision of common services; – replacement of vehicles relating to the company's activity; – purchase of management hardware and software and/or creation of websites, e-commerce, etc.
