This Public Notice aims to support the creation and consolidation of innovative, knowledge-intensive startups, to increase the competitiveness of the regional production system, through the development of new products, processes and innovative services in line with the priority trajectories of the “Regional Research and Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization” – RIS3 Campania, referred to in DGR n. 655 of 07/12/2022.
Who is it aimed at?
A. Micro and small businesses, according to the definition set out in Annex 1 to Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014, established for no more than 5 years at the date of granting the aid (coinciding with the decree approving the final ranking) in the Business Register at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture pursuant to the paragraph 2 of the art. 22 of the GBER and which comply with all the conditions set out in the same article 22. On the same date, micro and small businesses must be registered in the Special Section dedicated to innovative Startups operating in the specialization areas of RIS3 Campania. B. Natural persons who intend to set up a micro or small business in the form of an innovative start-up pursuant to Legislative Decree 18 October 2012, n. 179, converted with amendments into Law 17 December 2012, n. 221 and subsequent amendments. operating within a specialization area of RIS3 Campania.
What does it predict
Non-repayable contribution. The regional incentive is aimed at developing solutions relating to one or more Priority Technological Trajectories identified in the "Regional Research and Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization" - RIS3 Campania. The endowment made available is equal to €30,000,000. The minimum investment to be presented to request the benefits is €70,000, the maximum investment is €500,000. The minimum eligible contribution is €50,000, the maximum grantable contribution is €350,000.
