The notice is aimed at collecting applications from companies interested in accessing an accompaniment path in the evaluation of their positioning with respect to the three main dimensions of sustainability: environmental, social and governance, in order to identify strategic and operational solutions for a progressive improvement of their sustainability performance. Personalized assistance is reserved for a maximum number of 10 companies, selected after verifying that they meet the required requirements, based on the number of training events of the "Businesses and Sustainability" cycle in which they participated (minimum 3), as well as the order chronology of arrival of applications for participation. Applications can be sent via PEC from 9am on 15 July 2024 to 11.59pm on 19 August 2024. 

Who is it aimed at?

The application for participation can be submitted by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, their cooperatives and consortia, falling within the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises referred to in Annex 1 of Regulation no. 651/2014/EU 1 of the European Commission who are in possession of the following requirements: a) have their registered office and/or an operational unit in the province of Livorno or Grosseto; b) be regularly registered in the Business Register or in the Economic-Administrative Register (REA) of the CCIA A of Maremma and Tirreno, c) be active (start of business registered at the Chamber of Commerce); d) be in compliance, as of 31.12.2023, with the payment of the annual fee for the last 5 years; e) not be in a state of judicial liquidation, liquidation, controlled administration, composition with creditors or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; f) have regularly fulfilled the social security and welfare contribution obligations (regular DURC); g) not have ongoing service supply contracts, even free of charge, with the Maremma and Tyrrhenian Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to article 4, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 06.07.2012, n. 95 (converted into Law 07.08.2012, n. 135);h) be in compliance with European legislation on State Aid;i) have completed the sustainability assessment for companies "SUSTAINability" available on cciaamaremmatirreno.esgdintec .it;j) having participated synchronously in at least three of the six training meetings held by the organization as part of the "Businesses and Sustainability: accompanying path towards the sustainable transition" initiative. 

What does it predict

The provision of a personalized assistance service is expected, supported by the experts of DINTEC - Consortium for technological innovation which will be structured as follows: - Development of a personalized "Action Plan" for each company in which the main results that emerged from the sustainability assessment, a benchmark analysis was prepared to compare each company with the national reference values ​​for each indicator taken as a reference in the assessment and suggestions for improvement useful for resolving the main critical issues and gaps that emerged were included ;- Creation of a remote "one - to - one" meeting with a technical expert in order to analyze with the representatives of each company possible strategic and operational solutions for a progressive improvement of sustainability performance in light of the outcomes that emerged; - Creation of a remote Focus Group during which all the results collected will be returned, through the "Action Plans" and the "one - to - one" meetings carried out, with the aim of providing useful information to all beneficiaries. The personalized assistance service will be provided free of charge to the beneficiary companies. the companies will therefore benefit from "indirect" state aid, the value of which is quantified at €966.60 and granted under the "de minimis" regime.
