The Vicenza Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture, within the framework of the institutional responsibilities entrusted and within the scope of its promotional initiatives aimed at encouraging the development of the local economic system, as well as by virtue of the principles of subsidiarity and complementarity provided for by Law no. 580/1993 (and subsequent amendments and additions) and in compliance with its statutory provisions, intends to grant - in 2024 - contributions to support, indirectly, the implementation by third parties of projects relevant for the promotion of the local economy in the area cultural and tourism, in line with the guidelines set out in the Forecast and Planning Report for the Year 2024.
Who is it aimed at?
Only the following subjects with general interests in the local economic system can access the contributions (the list is exhaustive): a) business associations representing the economic sectors (trade associations) and their service companies, b) business consortia, consortium companies and networks of subject companies, i.e. with legal personality, registered in the Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce, which carry out as their main activity one of the activities included in the ATECO 2007 code 79, 90, 91 and related subcodes, c) associations and foundations cultural and/or tourist promotion registered in the REA of the Chamber of Commerce, which carry out as their main activity one of the activities included in the ATECO 2007 code 79, 90, 91 and related subcodes, d) cooperative companies, registered in the Company Register of the Chamber of Trade, which carry out as their main activity one of the activities included in the ATECO 2007 code 90, 91 and related subcodes, e) public entities (those included in the consolidated income statement identified pursuant to article 1, paragraph 3 of law 31 are considered public entities December 2009, n. 196 and subsequent amendments. (Accounting and public finance law) - ISTAT list), f) Bilateral bodies between trade associations and trade unions whose main activity according to the statute is of a cultural and/or tourist promotion nature (in this case it is mandatory to attach to the application for contribution the updated statute of the bilateral body), g) the OGDs of the province of Vicenza recognized by the Veneto Region (Regional Law 11/2013) which have adopted a form of incorporation with legal subjectivity representative of the participating subjects.
What does it predict
Non-repayable contributions for the implementation of projects of overall value for the Vicenza provincial economic system and non-profit, which guarantee the broadest and most synergistic involvement of all businesses. Therefore in particular, initiatives that have exclusive internal interest to the promoter or that are not open to all possible interested parties are not permitted.
