Call for contributions in favor of operators in the tourism, hospitality, spa and catering sectors to partially compensate for the drop in turnover suffered due to the lack of snow in the period 1 November 2022 - 15 January 2023.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined in Annex I of Reg. (EU) no. 651/2014, as well as professionals, having their main office or at least a local unit located in the municipalities of the Tuscan ski areas, as identified in article 59 of the regional law of 29 December 2014, n. 86, operating in the tourism-accommodation, spa and restaurant sectors identified by the following primary ATECO codes:• the entire "I" section, therefore the activities classified by codes between 55.1 and 56.30;• from 79.1 to 79.90.20; • 96.04.2 “Thermal establishments”; • 49.39.01 “Management of funiculars, ski lifts and chair lifts if not part of urban or suburban transit systems”; • 93.19.92 “Activities of mountain guides”; • 93.11.9 "Management of other nec sports facilities", in addition to those operating in the sector of activity with primary Ateco code 77.21.09 "rental of sports and recreational equipment", in possession of the requirements set out in the Notice.
What does it predict
The aid, granted in the form of a non-repayable contribution to partially compensate for the reduction in turnover and fees, will be determined in proportion to the percentage of the loss suffered verified during eligibility, in the minimum amount of €1,000.00 and in any case not higher to the value of the loss itself. For companies/professionals registered in the Business Register after 16 January 2022, but before 1 November 2022, for which there is no previous turnover to compare, a contribution equal to Euro 1,000.00 will be assigned.
