The Romagna Chamber of Commerce - Forlì-Cesena and Rimini intends to support micro and SMEs in the provinces of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini to combat and prevent damage resulting from calamitous events and climate change, through the granting of contributions for implementation of investments and actions aimed at promoting the protection of people and company assets, as well as the continuity of entrepreneurial activity.

Who is it aimed at?

The incentive is aimed at Micro, Small or Medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) registered and active in the Business Register, with registered or operational headquarters in the provinces of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini, provided that the investment/intervention is actually carried out in operational locations, where the declared production activity takes place, and is consistent with this activity (main, prevalent or secondary).

What does it predict

A contribution equal to 50% of the eligible costs is granted, up to a maximum of €10,000.00, regardless of the number of goods and services purchased and the number of locations to which they refer. Companies in possession of a valid legality rating at the time of the application and until the contribution is disbursed will be awarded a bonus of €250.00. Contributions worth less than €1,000.00 will not be paid. Expenses relating to the purchase of goods to deal with possible damage caused by natural disasters, to improve the response to emergencies and for prevention are eligible, such as: - water barriers/bulkheads; - structures for lifting materials and machines; - watertight, anti-flooding windows and doors; - water canalization and/or recovery systems (for example: floating flooring with annex - dispersion pump system to convey the water into dedicated wells, disconnected from the sewage system); - equipment and machinery for the removal and movement of earth, mud and snow; - anti-flooding detectors; - electric generators; - motor pumps; - water storage and recycling systems (rainwater, wastewater); - nets, panels and other windbreak or antifreeze means; - systems for heating and protecting plants and crops in the open field, anti-frost irrigation systems; - systems for communicating and disseminating emergency and evacuation signals, in addition to the provisions of workplace safety legislation; - systems for the absorption and containment of substances dispersed in the environment beyond the legal provisions; - video surveillance systems for monitoring areas not manned by personnel, provided they are connected to sensors and/or alarm systems that can be activated in the event of danger caused by calamitous events, - control interventions sealing of the relevant external areas, provided that they concern at least 30% of the cemented/asphalted surface and that they involve a green transformation of a minimum of 100m2, to be documented in the supplier's estimate.
