The call finances continuous training projects for companies to update and increase the skills of workers and employers in the field of safety and health in the workplace. The training actions will exclusively concern additional training compared to that required by law to be paid by employers pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies that must have the headquarters involved in the training (registered headquarters or local unit or secondary headquarters) in the territory of the Tuscany Region and be registered in the Business Register of the relevant Chamber of Commerce. Companies with the following ATECO classifications (primary or secondary code) are not eligible as recipient companies: C23 Manufacture of other products from the processing of non-metallic minerals; C33 Repair, maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment; E Water supply, sewerage systems, waste management and sanitation activities; F41 Building construction; F42 Civil engineering; F43 Specialized construction work; There is an obligation to identify the companies receiving the training when submitting the application.
