The Ferrara and Ravenna Chamber of Commerce continues its initiatives to support businesses in the areas affected by the floods for which a state of emergency has been declared (resolutions of the Council of Ministers of 4 May 2023 and 23 May 2023) engaged in a complex phase of recovery of their economic competitiveness. The intervention is implemented with resources from the Emilia-Romagna Region (€2,719,970.92) coming from the fundraising started on 18 May 2023 and created with the aim of bringing relief to the citizens of the region in a state of great difficulty and suffering and now programmed in favor of businesses. Thanks to the Agreement between the Emilia-Romagna Region and Unioncamere, these resources will be managed by the Chamber of Commerce and assigned to the damaged companies in the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies that, at the date of submission of the application, present the following requirements are eligible for the benefits of the Notice: a) have operational registered office or operational local unit, in which the business activity is carried out, in the territories in the province of Ferrara o Ravenna for which a state of emergency was declared, with the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of 4 May 2023 and 23 May 2023 and which, starting from 1 May 2023, have suffered direct and immediate damage following the events alluvial; b) be registered in the Business Register and be active on 4 May 2023 and on the date of submission of the application; in the event of damage reported to the local operational unit located in the provinces of Ferrara or Ravenna, the same must be registered in the Economic and Administrative Repertoire (REA); c) be up to date with the payment of the annual fee due to the Chamber of Commerce; d ) not be, where applicable, in a state of judicial liquidation, composition with creditors, and any other insolvency procedure provided for by current regulations, as shown in the Chamber of Commerce certificate; e) be up to date with the payment of social security and welfare contributions (DURC); ) do not have legal representatives and/or the subjects indicated in article 85 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2011, n. 159 et seq. mm. and ii. who are the recipients of forfeiture, suspension or prohibition measures pursuant to art. 67 of the same decree; g) not having existing service supplies with the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree 95 of 6 July 2012, converted into Law 7 August 2012, n. 135. The requirements referred to in letters a)-f) must be met from the moment of application until the moment of disbursement of the contribution.
What does it predict
A "one-off" non-repayable contribution is assigned in the amount of €3,000.00 for each company admitted, without connection to specific expenses, nor with reference to other aid possibly received by the company for flood damage. The aid in this announcement is granted under the "de minimis" regime.
