Call for contributions to support the digital and ecological transition of businesses 2024 – 2025.
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at Micro, Small or Medium-sized enterprises with registered office and/or local units in the territorial district of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce, registered in the Companies Register, up to date with the payment of the annual fee and as indicated in art. 4 of the Notice.
What does it predict
Provision of contributions. The interventions must be attributable to: - consultancy and/or training services, relating to one or more types of those provided for in the art. 2, paragraph 3 of the Notice. These expenses must represent at least 30% of the eligible costs; - purchase of instrumental goods and services, strictly and directly functional to the types indicated in the Art. 2 paragraph 3, up to a maximum of 70% of eligible costs; Expenses relating to the ecological and energy/ESG transition and digital transition are eligible. Those for: machinery and equipment (e.g. PCs, printers, mobile phones, etc.) not falling within the type of expenses referred to in art. are excluded from the eligible expenses. 7, paragraph 1, letter b of the Notice); transportation, food and accommodation; specialist consultancy services relating to ordinary corporate or commercial administrative activities; services for the acquisition of certifications (e.g. ISO, EMAS, etc.); support and assistance services for adaptations to legal regulations. To be eligible for the contribution, all expenses must strictly be invoiced and paid from 1 June 2024 until the 120th day following the date of granting the contribution. All expenses are net of VAT, the calculation of which is not included in the permitted expenses, except in the case in which the beneficiary bears the cost without the possibility of recovery. For this case, a declaration in lieu of an affidavit must be submitted pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000
