The Training and Work Announcement Year 2024 intends to finance projects relating to the following lines. – LINE A – “Inclusion of human resources in the company as part of the Skills Training Lab projects”. Projects for the inclusion of professional figures deriving from the “Lecco Skills Training Lab” and “Como Skills Training Lab” training courses are admitted and financed, co-financed by the Chamber of Commerce of Como-Lecco and the respective Provinces and carried out within the framework of the Territorial workshops for employability. In particular, contributions are paid for: a) Extracurricular internships. b) Apprenticeship contracts. c) Contracts for fixed-term hiring lasting at least 6 months. d) Contracts for permanent hiring. - LINE B "Skills paths transversal and orientation in strategic sectors". Paths for transversal skills and orientation - in short PCTO - carried out in the period between 1 February 2024 and 30 September 2024 and relating to the following technical and professional state study areas are admitted and financed: • tourism (in collaboration with the Re. Na. IA school network) • textile-clothing-fashion (in collaboration with the TAM school network) • mechatronics (in collaboration with the M2A school network) • agri-food (in collaboration with the Re. N. Is. A.)
