Things

The tender, created in collaboration with ISNART - National Institute for Tourist Research, is aimed at qualifying the tourist offer of accommodation and restaurant businesses in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti through obtaining the quality certification on a voluntary basis called "Italian Hospitality" through the attribution of a rating.

Who is it aimed at?

Companies with headquarters and/or local units in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti which carry out the activity of:• Hotel;• Restaurant;• Agritourism;• Bed and Breakfast are eligible to participate in the selection for the award of the "Italian Hospitality" certification. & Breakfast (only if registered with the Chamber of Commerce). The admitted companies must meet the requirements set out in the Notice and in the reference specifications for their type of structure prepared by ISNART.

What does it predict

Obtaining the certification, which will take place after passing an inspection visit, will allow the admitted structures to use this recognition as part of their promotional activities. The "Italian Hospitality" certified structures will also be included/reported in promotional actions (paper and/or electronic guides, social, web campaigns, etc.) that the Chamber of Commerce and ISNART will carry out on their own or in collaboration with other entities . The initiative does not entail any burden on the requesting companies as the related costs will be entirely borne by the Alessandria-Asti Chamber of Commerce. The assignment of the "Italian Hospitality" certification constitutes State Aid to companies provided in the form of subsidized services in compliance with the limits of the "de minimis" regime referred to in Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of the Commission of 13 December 2023 (OJEU L of 15.12.2023). Each admitted structure will therefore be awarded State Aid equal to Euro 426.00 which will be entered by the Chamber of Commerce of Alessandria-Asti in the National Register of State Aid.
