The objective of this concession is to encourage economic activity and the development of entrepreneurship as well as the repopulation of internal areas through the start-up of a business or local unit in the villages of the Marche hinterland identified by the announcement.
Who is it aimed at?
It is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Marche region located in the Marche region and at aspiring entrepreneurs.
What does it predict
The notice intends to encourage:A) the start-up of a new local unit (no transfer, no warehouse/warehouse) after the publication of the notice by MSMEs already established and already operating in the trade sectors (ATECO CODE 47, with the exclusion of code 47.8) and tourism (see annex 1) and artistic craftsmanship (as specified in the notice); B) the start-up of a newly established MSME; the applicant must not already be an entrepreneur in companies operating in the sectors of commerce (ATECO CODE 47, with the exclusion of code 47.8), tourism (see attachment 1) and artistic craftsmanship (as specified in the notice) and in any case must proceed with the registration of the entrepreneurial activity in the Business Register of the Marche Chamber of Commerce after the publication of the notice. The new local units or newly established companies must be located in one of the Municipalities indicated in the art. 3 of the notice. Applications for contributions must be submitted (using Form A) exclusively electronically by accessing the link https://restart.infocamere.it from the date of publication of the notice to 30 July 2024. After submitting the application, the applicant must communicate promptly by certified e-mail to the Chamber of Commerce, the registration in the Business Register of the new local unit or company, for the purposes of granting the contribution and therefore of assigning the CUP code to start the expenses. Failure to communicate registration in the Business Register by 10/15/2024 will result in the application becoming invalid and making it impossible to access any benefits. In case of granting of the contribution, applicants must submit the report (using Form B) no later than 01/31/2025, as indicated in the art. 8 of the notice (invoices issued by 12/31/2024 are reportable). The payment of the contribution is subject to the outcome of the investigation of the reporting received.
