Public notice for the presentation of project proposals for the implementation of industrial research and experimental development activities intended for subjects external to the SERICS Extended Partnership (PE00000014) – Spoke 4 “Operating Systems and Virtualization Security” (University of Genoa) admitted to funding with DD n. 1556 of 11 October 2022, registered by the Court of Auditors on 04/11/2022 n. 2783 - as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 "Education and research" - Component 2 "From research to business" - Investment 1.3 Creation of "Partnerships extended to universities, research centers and companies for the funding of basic research projects”, funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU – CUP Code D33C22001300002.
Who is it aimed at?
The subjects eligible to submit project proposals in response to this Notice - as proposing subjects, provided they meet the requirements prescribed by the following articles - are exclusively: a) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), external to the SERICS partnership, which compete individually or collaboratively with other companies, having the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 of the Commission of 14 June 2014; b) Large Enterprises (GI), external to the SERICS partnership, in collaborative mode, provided that the requirement for collaboration with at least one MSME persists.
What does it predict
This public notice concerns industrial research and experimental development activities relating to Spoke 4 "Operating Systems and Virtualization Security" to be implemented as part of the "Security Rights in Cyber Space - SERICS" project, code PE0000014. At least 40% of the financial resources must be allocated to the Southern Regions (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily).
