The intervention " Certification of gender equality " is carried out by the Regional Administration by publication of this public notice aimed at spreading the awareness of the social, cultural, economic and strategic importance of gender equality in the Calabrian business fabric and promoting greater employment rate and access to the work of the female population, through a contribution to Calabrian SMEs for preliminary and preparatory activities for the "certification of the" According to the UNI/PDR 125: 2022 practice and for the achievement of the certification itself.
The intervention is foreseen by the occupation plan 2023-2027 approved with DGR n. 486 of 13 September 2024, which aims, among other things, to promote the balanced participation of women and men in the labor market, support for female employment, the contrast to the submerged work and support for sustainable economic growth and the reduction of gender inequalities.
Who is it aimed at?
SMEs are admitted to submit an application for contribution (according to the definition referred to in art. 1 and art. 2 paragraph 1 of Annex I of Regulation (EU) n. 651/2014) which have at least one (1) employee in organic plan and operational headquarters on the territory of the Calabria Region . The already certified SMEs and those operating in the excluded sectors listed in art. 1 of Regulation (EU) of Commission no. 2831/2023 which establishes the sectors excluded from "de minimis" aid. SMEs are also excluded that provide consultancy and technical assistance services in the context of the Notice or Prie Calabria Fesr-Fse+ 21-27.
What does it predict
The public contribution for single SMEs is 100% of the eligible expenses and is lost in a funding . The contribution is granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union (contributions so -called "de minimis").
The value of the contribution cannot exceed the amounts indicated below, distinct by financing line and by size class of the SME on the date of submission of the application for contribution.
Line 1: contribution for the purchase of preparatory consultancy services to the achievement of the certification
- From 1 to 9 employees: € 2.200,00
- From 10 to 49 employees: € 4.000,00
- From 50 to 125 employees: € 6.000,00
- From 126 to 249 employees: € 7.500,00
Line 2 - Contribution for expenses incurred to obtain certification
- From 1 to 9 employees: € 2.400,00
- From 10 to 49 employees: € 4.800,00
- From 50 to 125 employees: € 7.200,00
- From 126 to 249 employees: € 9.600,00
