The Public Notice of the General Directorate of Energy Incentives of MASE n. 492 of 31/10/2023 and subsequent amendments (line c) is a facilitative instrument dedicated to supporting investment plans aimed at developing the supply chain of components for the production of renewable hydrogen, possibly including research and staff training projects, to be finance under Mission 2 "Green revolution and ecological transition", Component 2 "Renewable energy, hydrogen, network and sustainable mobility", Investment 5.2 "Hydrogen" of the PNRR. Who is it aimed at?

It is aimed at companies of all sizes that meet the requirements set out in article 5 of Notice no. 492 of 31 October 2023 of the General Director of the Energy Incentives Directorate of MASE. The investment plan must be implemented by a single company.

What does it predict

It provides for the granting of non-repayable contributions to cover the expenses actually incurred for the implementation of the investment plan. In particular: - for productive investment projects the benefits are granted pursuant to and within the limits of the provisions of articles 14 and 17 of the GBER Regulation; - for any industrial research and/or experimental development projects the benefits are granted pursuant to and within the limits of the intensities provided for by article 25 of the GBER Regulation; - for any staff training projects, the benefits are granted pursuant to and within the limits of the intensities provided for by article 31 of the GBER Regulation.
