Who is it aimed at?

Recipients: Public Administrations; Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that compete in single or collaborative mode with other companies, having the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of REG (EC) no. 800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General Block Exemption Regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008; Innovative startups (art. 25, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 179/2012); Large Enterprises (GI); Foreign companies with an operational headquarters in Italy (if this is not already present, any opening of the headquarters must take place by the date of submission of the application application); The Universities and Bodies Supervised by the MUR; Research Organizations registered with the ANR; Public and private foundations, registered with the ANR, with recognized legal personality and a statute in which the carrying out of Research & Innovation activities is indicated among the fundamental objectives.

What does it predict

The MOST Research and Innovation Program (CN00000023), financed by the European Union as part of the Next Generation EU initiative, drawing on the resources of Mission 4 "Education and Research", Component 2 "from research to enterprise", Investment 1.4 “Strengthening Research Structures and Creation of R&D “National Champions” on some Key Enabling Technologies” of the PNRR, envisages initiatives based on cascade funding (Cascade funding) to support Proof of Concept and collaborative projects (both fundamental research and industrial research and/or experimental development) involving public administrations, universities, research organizations and companies interested in the MOST themes and the topics covered by the Spokes and managed in collaboration with the Hub. From this perspective, Spoke 14 "Hydrogen and New Fuels" promotes this cascade call with the aim of involving subjects external to the project, strongly interested in introducing/implementing significant innovations that act as a trailblazer and/or tool for accelerating and specializing the activities carried out by Spoke for the search for technologically advanced solutions, in relation to products, processes and services transferable to MOST's areas of intervention. This Notice supports proposals relating to activities that envisage reaching a technological maturity level (TRL) of at least 4. Further details on the research topics and objectives of Spoke 14 are shown in Table 1 below and in Annex C to the Notice .
